About Double Date Collective

Double Date Collective is the brainchild of artist team Jeaux Janovsky and Cristina Natsuko Paulos. Janovsky and Paulos both attended the California Institute of the Arts, where they met in the school’s world-renowned Character Animation program.

The DDC was formed in 2004 with the mission: To Infiltrate Homes and Art Galleries Everywhere: With Cuteness.

Since then, DDC has participated in various film festivals, solo and group Art shows, and comic book conventions worldwide, garnering fan bases in Los Angeles, New York, London, Japan, Spain, Hawaii and Las Vegas.

Double Date Collective are dedicated Cute Theorists, devoted to the studies of all things Cute and proclaiming themselves as the World’s Leading Authorities on Cute.

Paulos and Janovsky are planning on releasing their as of yet Untitled “Cute Manifesto”, a combination of Cute World Order and The Science of Cute, based on art shows of the same name, and self published under the DDC book imprint.
